As done every year, DEMPO takes the ‘Joy of Giving Week’ seriously. For a number of years now, we have been part of Daan Utsav, the week coinciding with Mahatma Gandhi Jayanti, to do our bit by giving what we can to GOONJ, the NGO dedicated to giving materials to those less fortunate.
On this occasion, Head Office Dempo-ites in Panaji (including, among others, the Dempo management, Executive Director J J Chhabra, and GM (HR) Krishna Gopal Rajanala) collected clothes and toys, filling several cartons and handed these over to be consigned to the GOONJ collection centre in Navi Mumbai.
At DEMPO, giving is not difficult!
