Dempo Higher Secondary School of Science (Dempo-PACE), Miramar-Goa has achieved 100% results at the HSSC Examination 2023. Ms Nidhi Thakur secured 1st rank in the School with 95%, Ms Tanvi Khandeparkar ranked 2nd with 93.5% and Ms Vaishali Kamath 3rd with 92.33%. Ms. Nidhi Thakur scored the highest marks in Psychology (97/100), Chemistry (95/100) and joint highest in Biology (98/100) with Miss Talitah Gomes.
32 candidates appeared for the examination out of which 20 students have secured distinction and 12 students have passed with first class. Mast. Samruddh Mantravadi scored 100/100 marks in Mathematics. Mast. Samruddh, Ms Vaishali and Ms Tanvi scored highest marks in Physics (92/100).
Students have also performed well in languages. The highest scorers include Ms Nidhi Thakur in English (94/100) and Sanskrit (99/100), Ms. Talitah Gomes in Portuguese (91/100), Ms. Alyssa Fernandes in French (90/100), Ms Tanvi and Ms Vaishali in Hindi (95/100).
Eight students appeared for JEE Mains, out of which, six students — Pratham Nayak (98.46),Vaishali Kamath (98.36), Navodith Sheth (95.30), Samruddh Mantravadi (95.22), Anay Kulkarni (91.79) and Noronha David John Rocha De Lumano (91.57) have qualified for JEE Advanced by scoring above percentile 90.
