Dempo Shipbuilding celebrated the National Safety Week at their shipyard in Goa, with the theme “Our Aim – Zero Harm”. The theme aims to generate awareness of safety protocols, including workplace safety, safety of health and the environment. The staff members took the safety pledge to commemorate the occasion.
Shri Yatish Dempo, Director, addressed the gathering. Members from Life Line Foundation and Disha Foundation were also present. A Health Awareness Programme was conducted for the employees by Mr. Niwas Patil and his team.
A number of events were organised as a part of the safety awareness program and employees were felicitated.
