The state president of the Bharatiya Janata Party, Sadanand Shet Tanawde inaugurated the third edition of the New Vistas Property Expo organised by ‘The Navhind Times’ on Saturday.

The exposition was open till January 26, at the old Goa Medical College building, opposite Inox Courtyard. Speaking on the occasion, Tanawde said that the property fair will offer a unique chance for the prospective buyers to go through various residential projects as well as properties, and buy apartments or property at a budgeted rate.

In fact, since all builders and real estate developers have put up their stalls at one place, the prospective buyers will also have an advantage of having a choice,” he added, pointing out that normally the prospective buyers are made to move from one place to another, searching the right apartments and properties.

Speaking further, Tanawde said that the sellers of apartments and properties would also find a readymade market at this property exposition. “I myself found at this expo that there are apartments available with readymade furniture, which is one of the new things people could learn here,” he noted.

The state BJP chief also congratulated ‘The Navhind Times’ for the initiative and said that people in general would be benefitted out of it.

The senior general manager of ‘The Navhind Times’, Pramod Revankar was also present on the occasion.
